1 bedroom with double bed 1.40m wide (comforter 2.00m x 2) and washbasin.
1 shower cubicle and toilet with washbasin leading off the hallway.
1 bedroom with bunk beds. One large bedroom with double bed 1.60m wide (comforter 2.40m x 2), washbasin and sun terrace with 2 deckchairs. bathroom with bath (+ shower), toilet and washbasin. Washing machine.

ON THE FLOOR :
Living room with 3 sofas; satellite TV and radio; wood-burning stove. Kitchen with induction hob, telescopic hood, combi-steamer, dishwasher, fridge + freezer, coffee machine, electric kettle, toaster, mixer and microwave; dining area and magnificent glazed veranda equipped with patio furniture.

GARDEN (shared with the other gîte) :
Swimming pool, deckchairs, terraces with large barbecue.

Situated at an altitude of 620 m in the southern Ardèche, in the hamlet of "Le Travers", in the commune of Saint-Mélany, you can enjoy a revitalizing natural setting!

House 1 rental rates *

per week / 8 pers. max.

Only from Saturday to Saturday in July/August. Outside this period, daily rentals available (min. 3 nights). The swimming pool is available from May 1 to September 25. Closed: November > March.

  750 € in low season.

1250 € in mid-season
(First 2 weeks July / Last 2 weeks August).

1450 € in high season (+/- July 14 - August 15).

• Household/electricity/gas... 80 €.

• Optional bed linen and towels provided, for the stay and per person... 7.5 €.

• Tourist tax per day and per adult... 0.9 €.

• Deposit of 150 €.

Please note: Your reservation will not be confirmed until you have paid the deposit (+/- 30% of the rent due) and signed the lease. The balance + a deposit (€150 per week) must be paid at the latest 30 days before the start of the rental period. The deposit will be refunded after deduction of any costs incurred to restore the gite(s).
